Our Response to COVID-19
As we navigate these unprecedented times, Transwest is taking every precaution to prioritize the health and well being of our customers and staff.
That said, we know our customers rely on our services to keep their vehicles running smoothly. We are happy to tell you that we are maintaining normal business hours and are still open for walk-ins at our truck, trailer, and RV stores.
Here are some of the steps we’ve taken to continue offering excellent sales and service:
Contact-Free Automobile Sales
All automobile sales have moved online, so you can shop for a vehicle from the comfort of your own home. The entire transaction is completed online, with the help of one of our sales associates. After the sale, we will bring the vehicle to you or leave it in a designated area for you to pick it up. Don’t hesitate to let us know how we can best serve you.
In addition to mandating all employees to wash their hands regularly, we have also implemented stricter and more frequent cleaning and disinfecting processes at all of our facilities. Additionally, staff members who handle customer vehicles are using gloves and wiping down the steering wheels with Clorox wipes.
Social Distancing Measures
We are using signage at our service facilities to remind customers to remain at least six feet apart from our counters, staff members, and from one another. In order to adhere to social distancing recommendations, we have also discontinued our driver shuttle service.
Like many other businesses, we are using social media to stay connected to our customers and keep you informed on the latest information. For example, on the Transwest Frederick Facebook page, we are featuring walkarounds of many of our vehicles. If you haven’t followed us on Facebook, now is a great time to do so.
