Warranty Advisor and Service Tech were very helpful handling the warranty claim, ordering the necessary parts and scheduling an appointment; all over the phone while we were traveling. The repair to our Sprinter was done in a very timely fashion and we were very pleased with their work. Transwest should be proud of the professional manner in which their employees handle customers.
Had an amazing experience with the staff. Have never been to this place but stopped in because I needed some unexpected service before heading out for the weekend. These gentlemen don't usually do this type of service but because it was a Friday before the holiday weekend they helped me out. Super friendly and helpful. Arriving on a Saturday with RV problems, we didn't dare hope that would be able to meet friends later, as planned. We found there were several men who quickly gathered and listened to our concerns. They agreed, start with the fuel filter. As neophyte RV owners were were frantic. The folks there couldn't have been nicer, more professional and efficient. We had more problems than we though, but Ryan H. Explained each issue completely. We were back on the road in 3 hours, with a minimal cost and invaluable education. Thank you!
Thanks to the exceptional staff in the Service Department for making it so much easier to get my RV repairs taken care of. Chris Gonzales has been an invaluable resource and should be commended for his patience and top notch customer service. Thanks to Josh as well for working on my rig this summer.
Finally someplace that has great customer service!!! Thank you Sean and Stacy for you assistance, you two were great to work with. I was searching for a very specific item which they happen to have in stock. They beat every price in town, and even beat Amazons price by $50. You all will be my first call when looking for trailer/RV parts. Keep up the great work.
