10 World Class Teams Competing in this Year's Ranch Rodeo Festivities

Bring the whole family for fun events including a kids corral at 1:00 pm featuring Mutton Bustin'. The rodeo will include four events, Team Penning, Trailer Loading, Stray Gathering, and Wild Cow Milking. The cowboys will work together to complete each event as fast as possible. At the end of the day, each team's times will be added together to determine the winner. The team with the fastest combined time will be the winner.

The Saddle & Sirloin Club helps support American Royal

The Saddle & Sirloin Club’s original purpose was to support the American Royal, a non-profit organization here in Kansas City who provides competition opportunities for local youth and adults, supporting scholorships and agriculture education since 1899. Today’s members, while still interested in the Royal and furthering its cause, enjoy being able to relax in the country without leaving the City. In today’s world, they are looking for members who are interested in preserving the traditions of the past while paving the way for new ideas and ways to help the Club flourish in the future.

Tickets for the event can be purchased at the Family Center Farm & Home.
