ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, and handling information requests.
- Clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence and scheduling.
- Answer and direct up to five phone lines on a Cisco Phone System.
- Sort mail and distribute it in a timely manner.
- Review credit card statements and code for the Accounting Department.
- File documents as needed.
- Schedule and manage several CDL drivers who travel throughout the United States, if support is needed.
- Book flight, hotel and other travel arrangements for Transwest personnel if support is needed.
- Assist in working with outside contracts for building maintenance, landscaping and business development.
- Order and Ensure office supplies are ordered and in stock for branch.
- Posting Accounts Receivable deposits daily and assist with Inter Branch accounting Posting Accounts Payable Credit Card Entries Manage cash drawer for change orders.
- Keep track of deposits for multiple locations.
- Manage gas cards and company vehicles for multiple locations.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal and written feedback in a professional manner.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Self-starter that needs little to no supervision to accomplish tasks. Possess strong analytical skills.
- Able to use a computer proficiently and effectively while utilizing many applications.
- Possess at least two years of office management or executive level administrative work.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exercise a high level an attention to detail to effectively complete tasks.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills in person, over the phone and electronically.
- Experience working in Google Docs and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

- Type: Hourly
- Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Compensation Range: $20.00 - $24.00
