About the Newmar New Aire

Measuring 35 feet in length, the New Aire is an ideal compact choice for those who want the luxury experience without the limitations of a larger coach. You can choose between a Freightliner® or Spartan® chassis, depending on how you want the ride to feel. New for 2026 is an app-controlled ATC interface, making connecting and controlling the systems throughout your coach easier than ever.

Three distinct floorplans are available, each offering a layout tailored to different needs and preferences. Optional features include an exterior television, refrigerator, and freezer. You’ll also find generous storage space to keep everything you need within reach—yet neatly tucked away.

Cooking is easy with a microwave, air fryer, induction cooktop, and optional dishwasher. A Samsung fridge, deep drawers, and overhead storage keep things organized.
Private quarters

Step into the bathroom and find a fixed showerhead with a convenient handheld option. A drop-down seat is available inside the shower, offering extra flexibility. You’ll be able to lift the mattress to put away some of your bedroom items and keep them at arm’s length by reaching up.
